Dear Trendsetters Realty, Just a quick "Thank you", we are all settled in our new home. This home is perfect. Belinda Trevino was my realtor, better yet my full home service. The company relocated me to the Valley as a single mom of two girls, a dog, a cat, and pet mouse. It could have been a very stressful and difficult time. Working fulltime and looking for a home and finding an area for my girls, 14 and 8, to attend school was a huge challenge. Belinda kept me calm and was always available or made time for me and all my questions. Her experience in the new construction part of the business made her perfect for me and all my needs. If a home looked like it needed some tender loving care she saw it and made all kinds of do-able suggestions. And not only suggestions but had the people and number to back it up. In her mind she knew costs and materials that would be needed. She saw my dream of what I waned for myself and my kids and future. The process was faster and more fun than I could have imagined and it was due to Belinda´s professionalism, knows how and heart. She wants to help and she wants you to be happy. I received a company survey an I felt it did not do justice to the words and gratitude I have for Belinda and her services, and she is a service not just a realtor. She can get things done. So, do I recommend Belinda to a friend? Yes, to a friend, a relative and a neighbor. And will I us her again?
